- Full time, part time & PRN (as needed) positions available
- $56,160- $58,240 Salary range- no travel or cancellations affecting your pay!
- 3 day work week with 13 hour shifts OR what works for your schedule!
- Shifts available for daytime, swing, and overnight; Overnight pay differential
- $1000 Hiring bonus

- Licensed in Idaho as LMSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Knowledge and experience utilizing psychological theories
- Familiarity with community mental health resources preferred
- Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW.

As a Clinician with our Pathways Community Crisis Center of Southwest Idaho team, you will focus on de-escalation techniques, identify the client’s immediate needs and providing clinical treatment to facilitate them in discharging from the crisis center. The position works with adults to complete crisis and risk factor assessments, provide crisis counseling services, and conducting individual therapy. All individuals who are in need of a safe non-judgmental environment to gain support for their mental health and/or substance abuse challenges are welcome.
