      Family Preservation Services of North Carolina (“FPS of North Carolina”), a subsidiary of Pathways, offers an array of community, home and school based services designed to respond to identified state and local needs. COA nationally accredited FPS of North Carolina.

      FPS Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Regional Director for our North Carolina operations. The Regional Director is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all operational aspects within their region of FPS of North Carolina. Reporting to the Area Director, the Regional Director supervises programs and oversees all related operational functions. The Regional Director performs liaison functions with contracting agencies and is responsible for personnel, financial, program management functions, and daily operations. The RD tends to oversight of risk management by following policies and procedures to identify and analyze the nature and severity of risks in the work environment. The RD will participate in developing and coordinating programs, policies, procedures, and practices in keeping with FPS of NC and community standards as well as with Contract and Accreditation requirements. The RD is responsible for and will oversee and remediate deficiencies associated with contracted services.



      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Counseling, Social Work, Education or related field with a minimum 7 years of administrative experience
      OR

      • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Counseling, Social Work, Education or related field with a minimum of five years administrative experience and clinical experience
